Looks like you're well on your way!
You're definitely doing a better job of getting pictures than I did, I wish I had, had a digital camera to document it as I went, even a pic of my finger squirting blood, that'd make EVERYBODY want to try a 5-Speed swap!
Hope you get the pedals worked out soon, I still think you need to go with a cable clutch ,as I think the hyd. set up is going to be more troble than it's worth , but if you get it worked out would be good to have that many more used tranny's to chose from
Keep up the good work.

Driving the 5-speed

Last Friday, I detoured through Somerset, and got to see and drive Huck's 5-speed conversion. He's done a great job, and the new hardware looks like it was there originally. The car is a lot of fun to drive, and with the different rear end, really scoots.

Felt sort of strange to be driving a manual, after so many years of automatics.

Great job, Huck!!

Bill, welcome to the elite of the elites club! Only three people in the world (at this time) can say they've driven a 5-Speed SVX (well, except for those whom Huck may have secretly drive it) What a hoot, huh?

So, I take it you got back to Marshall safely. Have a great week. I'll be talkin' to you.
