Hi Chris.
It would be wonderful to meet with you.  I live precisely to the North of Portugal and I take about one hour drive max to get to the center of the Galicia province through a direct highway. Just let me know the name of the city your Brother lives in and I am sure we will arrange something. How about driving an Euro specs yellow SVX?  Paulo
