Their was a kid at my work who did mechanic work over in truck service that put antifreeze in a washer bottle. He also did an oil change on a cumming's turbo diesle and forgot to put oil back in it. Needless to say the guy drove less than 5 min and siezed the motor. The kid was immediatly fired.
