I am out $2,000 in parts thanks to him, and I have to provide "refunds" to people that never actually paid ME! I'm not saying you don't have a right to be mad...this isn't fair to you...but is it fair to me? Destroying a car, having to buy another, parts disappearing that I was never paid for, and just handing money out to people? Everything will be taken care of promptly this end, but COME ON...this is a horrible, pretty much cursed situation for me...it's a month delay on a part to you, which you will have very soon. And, I asked for, and you agreed to, a two week period for me to get everything straightened out. Everything is in order...you will have the part soon. PLEASE be patient...I promise this hurts me a LOT more than it hurts you.

All of the rest of this I've heard before and I'm tired of it. YOU have my money and my part. Your choice is to send the part or send me my money. If it is too much of a hassle to send the part, just return my money order.

In all of this thread AND my numerous emails, you have not responded directly to me. I can be patient IF I have the feeling that it will be resolved. BUT------as long as you ignore messages and do not address the issue, I feel that you are not even trying to solve the problem.

Yet, you post more parts for sale before you even resolve this.

Now---are you going to give me a projection on parts shipment or refund my money??? I would prefer to have the parts.

I answered all the e-mails sent to me and I hope everyone is getting satisfied and we can begin to heal this situation. As a warning, do not buy from this guy.

As you can see by the length of this thread, Joseph McMahon is not to be trusted.

It is impossible to get a reply from him and when you finally do he b.s.'s

He told me in March that he already sent the parts. ?? Then he said he would send them on a specified date which weeks later he claimed was lost in the mail. ?? He said he was checking with UPS. ??? Then he promised to reimburse me by $. Now 4 months later, I recieved the parts, one of which is the incorrect part.

I also bought parts and paid for them in March and have received nothing yet. Just a few promises after long periods of waiting and really only after publication on here. He does not respond to emails.

you guys sure are laid-back about this. i'd have the Attorney General and the U.S. Postal service up his ass with the quickness. mail fraud is a federal crime.

I believe he has only been shipping through UPS. Doesnt that get around the mail fraud thing?

i'm not sure about that one. how were the payments sent? i think the problem is that he HASN'T been shipping anything. i'm no attorney, but i'd be doing SOMETHING rather than sit back and wait to see if MAYBE the parts arrive someday. if the legal ways didn't work, i'd be introducing him to Mr. Crowbar.

There are now a total of THREE people who are unhappy with the service i've provided, out of 65 transactions. Yes, 65. And "Nikki" is an outright liar...she got her parts TWICE and now claims that the second box didn't have one turn signal connector in it...PUH-LEEZE! There is no postal fraud going on here. If she is telling the truth, then it is a matter of filing a claim with the USPS...not me! People have paid me many ways...everyone that I couldn't satisfy I provided a full refund to, except her. I have reasons for this, but I prefer not to mention them here. I think it will now be a matter between my attorneys and hers. And I most certainly do respond to every e-mail I get from everyone here. So, if anyone has any further questions of comments, please contact me. No need for pack mentality.
