Not necessarily a failure but I noticed that my left rear is sticking at times. Enough that the pad is down to the backing plate while the other side has about half the pad left. Good thing I've got a bucket of calipers

Fail or require replacement??? There's a difference.
None of mine have failed. However most of them have been replaced during maintenance.

You need to add the choice to select "No Failures" in your poll. Otherwise the poll assumes that at least one caliper has failed on every SVX.
