I've seen the nightmare that is smallcar. The xmember setup is a complete joke.(not enough support and likely to crack) It's useful for some of the block off plates and the gas pedal plate but that's about it. Not to mention the actual transmissions and parts they sell are jacked through the roof.

They closed up shop a couple years ago. That is the main challenge at this point.

$575 for a 15 year old clutch is an absolute rip off. It's worth about $25.
Long story short: Any manual transmission in the last 20 years will bolt up to the engine. Any clutch Subaru has made in the last 20 years will work. The other work needed is pretty intensive, a number of parts need to be custom made as we don't currently have a solid source for these. Stop posting and search a bit, you're making yourself look like an idiot.
