bent rim

i have a set of drag dr6 wheels on my svx and on is bent now. i really like these rims and everyone says that they match the car really well. am i able to get it fixed ???

is it major? the best option you can do is take it to a shop and see if they have a machine that will put it round again, worst case scenario go online or to a shop and buy a single rim.

Unless it's really bad, a wheel repair shop will probably be able to handle it easy. I would call around and find a highly regarded shop and take it to them. How bad is it?

the tire was losing 20lbs a day, also the wheel shakes a good bit but not bad enough that i can't drive above 55 mph

Get it repaired. Generally, rim repair is a very economical and cost-effective solution, unless the wheel is very inexpensive and easily available

steel wheels are much easier to do and less precise. I've fixed them with a sledge hammer before.

I used this company (TX store) several years ago to do my SVX OEM wheels and they did a great job.

Thanks for the link, I have had ETD dogging me for a rim replacement on the front passenger side. I can't quite see it but it explains the bad vibrations I have been having at highway speeds. At least I hope that is the problem.
