Gatorade has ELECTROLYTES!! I dont know what they are but they're extremely AWESOME!!

I guess thats why drink one of each water/gatorade....I didnt have a hangover either...but we were eating a lot and drinking till about 4 am

plus it helps when your a reigning beer pong champ...only lost one game

electrolytes are like salt or other minerals that helps to conduct electricity in the body, thank you high school chemistry

Mmmmm sugar. What could possibly be wrong w sugar? It helps cover up that stomach acid taste.......... much better while you are hacking it up!!

Pedialyte works wonders, as well as drinking tons of water before going to bed.

Gatorade will dehydrate you and make the hangover worse. Drink 8 glasses of water a day plus twice the amount of water of any other beverage you consume - as any other will have a diuretic quality that makes you urinate more liquid than you consume. I also have pills that allow me to drink as much as I want and not get the slightest bit physically impaired - though I guess that takes the fun out of it for the people that like to drink a lot.
