How did you spend your summer??

I spent 2 months baby-sitting Mom, then tried to catch up on MY life!

I helped my buddy pour his concrete for his shop after we spent a month moving 200 TONS of dirt to get ready. OT was there for the 'pours'. OT was there for the 'setting of the first pieces of garage'.

Thanks, Tom!!

I worked my 'day' job, welded new floors, body mounts and trunk floor in a 40 Chevy, set a big block Mopar under the hood of my 52 Plymouth.
My son and Grandson helped me take the body off of the 96 Freightliner to get the chassis ready for the 52 International. (Not there yet, but progress!!)

yadda,yadda,

Did anybody else do anything??

Re: How did you spend your summer??

Just finished restoring my girlfriends grandmothers house (in 100+ degree days). The house had been broken into and stripped of all its copper wiring, vandalized, and the even tried to set it on fire.

The rest of the time was chasing down my persistent code 56, finding enormous wolf spiders ("Horror in my yard!!!"), and hiking long distances in the only cool park within 50 miles of Victorville.

Ok who's next....

Good to see you're still posting Harv.

Jerry, my summer has involved a busy work schedule, a family vacation on Hilton Head Island, getting a cold, followed by a sinus infection and then the Chicken Pox. Oh yeah, I had a few autocrosses sprinkled inbetween all of this madness.

Hmmmmmmm, was it an 93 w/82,529,
an All Silver 92,
a Black 92,
and a "Special 2700# Pearlie?
I think one MIGHT be a Tri Color Silver 92 roof,

But I can't remember the fifth?

If I had a buck for every time I said that!

Re: How did you spend your summer??

I partied. A lot.

I also saw NIN in NYC at Terminal 5. I won't forget that show.

And.. the adventures of online dating. I'm not sure if it was a positive experience, but it's sure been interesting.
