My sister bought a 99 eclipse...

Quick rant....
On her bday, my recently turned 19yr old sister dragged my parents out of the house, and came back with a 99 eclipse from a used car dealer without doing any research..... paid more than kelley bluebook..., and doesn't even know what came included!

I sure was surprised when I woke up past noon.

She was told it had an alarm and keyless entry, but the previous owner didnt give them a remote. ... And I spent an hour talking her out of getting her boyfriend from buying a whole new aftermarket alarm and keyless entry system, since she didnt want to pay the 200 bucks it costs to order the remote from the dealer.

Does anyone have family members that are like this?!!?

Looks like ebay has them for 30 bucks..
BTW, Does anyone one know how to program a 99 eclipse keyless remote?

nope basically i beat some sense into my siblings when they do stupid stuff.....wait i don't really have any other siblings...nevermind

If she nabbed a GSX then I think I would be VERY Jelous!!! Ya know how hard it is to find a 99 GSX!!! I would live to have one!!! Not to use as a daily driver or anything but to build up and make a little Rally Car outta it... Then I'd run it in the NASA Rally series

dude, she's 19, i surely hope she's not married. if she is, hope she's looking for a good divorce lawyer. i don't know a single couple that has made it since they were married at 19.
