About that side garnish
The rubber surrounding the side garnish on both sides of my car has given out. (the garnish being the little plastic pieces between the rear window and the fender.)
Has anyone found a suitable replacement? Subaru doesn't list the rubber as a separate part. The garnish pieces are $163 each from subaruparts.com and I'm not sure if they come with the rubber surround. Any insight and help appreciated

I have seen many SVXs without the garnish molding. It is really not noticeable on the ebonys or the pearlies. I have also seen a couple where the gap was filled with a bead of black RTV sealant and smoothed out using a wet finger. It looked really good and served the same purpose. ,
