Electronical Noise upon acceleration

It's been doing this for a while, but I can hear it's coming from the rear of the car, in the cabin. Anytime I accelerate from a dead stop, I'll hear a ER ER ER ER ER sort of noise, and sometimes it'll just be one long ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR..can't really explain it any better than that. :/

ideas?

When I think "Electronic Noise" in the cabin, I think this:

This the issue you have or is it something different?

No, far from it. I'll try to capture it on video :/

Icing -This is the noise I asked you to listen for when I was in FL, while we were driving, and you couldn't.

Re: Electronical Noise upon acceleration

If it's the fuel pump you should be able to hear it better from inside the trunk. There's not a whole lot of other things in the back of the car that could make a noise.

Re: Electronical Noise upon acceleration

Doesn't sound electrical to me. Sounds like a washing machine that's unbalanced! Maybe a heat shield or exhaust related knocking?Maybe two people could locate it better. What happens when you accelerate?Does it smooth out?

Stuff a friend in the trunk and see if they hear the fuel pump, lol

Don't forget to let them out later though...

Don't have heatshields anymore.

Exhaust related - When I close my trunk (if I let it drop near closing) I do hear my piping make a vibrating noise.
