If they are really interested in hiring you, they will understand and give you sufficent (hopefully) time to get a copy, and may even be able to speed the process up by having the HR dept request one directly.
Actually the recruiter who is contacting me of setting up an interview with microsoft is waiting from atleast 2 weeks by now for my OPT card and she is still waiting for me to get my OPT card. What she says is, Microsoft wont interview anyone without OPT card by the time of interview. A couple of others companies are also waiting for my card. I am trying to speed up the things by calling them and also asking my University Center for International Education people to track down for the card as soon as possible.

Congrats Pavan,
Having choices is always a good thing!

Just drive the car out there, you'd get to experience a lot of this great country

Thanks. I am really interested and excited in driving my car xcountry, but the only hurdle for it is my sister. She never allows me driving long distances. If its not funny for others, she even said that she would say "I dont know who you are" if I drove it from dayton to here without her approval. Anyway she is taking care of its shipping, so I can sit back and relax .
