OT- Comedy

Subject: Work or Play

A man wondered if having sex on the Sabbath was a sin because he was not sure if sex is work or play. So, he went to a Priest and asked for his opinion.

After consulting the Bible, the priest said, "My son, after an
exhaustive search, I am positive that sex is work and is
therefore not permitted on Sundays."

The man thought, "What does a priest know about sex?" So, he went to a minister who, after all, is a married man and experienced in this matter. He queried the minister and received the same reply. Sex is work and therefore not for the Sabbath!

Not pleased with the reply, he sought out a Rabbi, a man of
thousands of years tradition and knowledge. The Rabbi pondered
the question, then stated, "My son, sex is definitely play."

The man replied, "Rabbi, how can you be so sure when so many
others tell me sex is work?"

The Rabbi softly spoke, "My son, if sex were work, my wife would
have the maid do it."

Happy Passover & Happy Easter To All SVXers
Let's all say a prayer(each in his own way) for peace in the middle east. So far, guns & bombs havn't worked. Hopefully, prayers will.

Comedy... and let's say good-bye to Mr. Berle & Mr. Moore. Someday we'll all be laughing together again.
Amen - Ron.

Rondo,

I rememmber Dudley Moore doing a comedy bit about a one-legged actor auditioning for the staring role in a new Tarzan movie. It was hilarious.

What can I say about Uncle Miltie?
He was Mr. TV. Everyone came to our house to watch him in living black & white.

Was he with Monty Python at the time? I think I saw that sketch on SNL, with John Cleese. One of my all-time favorites.

Full Monty?

Steve, I don't think Dudley was one of the Monty Python crew, although I could be mistaken. He may have "guested" on the show of course, I'm sure I have not seen them all.
