bored + insomnia + lack of fear = me doing stupid stuff to be entertained. there was this one time at the city hall police department...........or the times near the atlanta federal pen.............nevermind

i like to drive around and actually try to get lost when i am bored, just make sure you have a full tank and a lot of music!

yup yup, i'm going to wash and wax the car today.

i did go to sleep, but i only get like 3 hours of sleep a day. slept at about 5.5-6am and woke up at 9am.

and kelli's right, driving is great. i do the 285 circuit in atlanta sometimes at night. nice when no one's on the road. 285 is a highway that goes around metro atlanta. i think it's like 60 miles or so. by the time i get sleepy i'm back at the exit near my home . on my first svx, i put 1000+ miles on it the first week.

but with all that said and done, i'm still kinda bored. work is boring, i think i'm going to enroll in a few classes at georgia state and a few hands on classes at the community technical college. i'm thinking i'll do a few more years of IT stuff, and then pick a whole new career. i think the shelf life of 10-12 years is all i can do in any particular field. need a new change to put some spice in life. maybe some helicopter classes? dunno.

all i'm hoping for now is to buy a house next year, save up enough money so that in by the time i'm 31-ish take a long vacation for about a year or two travelling the world. planning that out, getting a car and driving around the world. it's going to be a blast. moving from city to city, place to place, lingering longer if we like the place and moving on if we don't. then in the 40's is when i'll sail around the world. fun fun, but for now bored bored.

what's funny is that when you're out and about you'll feel tired at the end of the day, but when you get home you just can't fall asleep.

oh i mean get a car like a new bmw and take around the world. ship it via boat when crossing the ocean. a friend of mine did that 15 years ago. he did it in like 10 months and enjoyed every bit of it.

On the news this morning was a story about a father and son that went to every state in like one month or something. They flew to Alaska then Hawiie, Howyie, Hawawi( that frigging Island state), and then flew back and drove to the rest of the states in a Chevy conversion van. They did it to raise money for the Station night club fire victoms.

that sounds like fun....hmm...time to fill up the gas tank, it's about that time again...
