SVXTC located in Madison, WI?

Well, since I bought my shiny black LSL, I have not seen ONE SVX besides mine. This was on a trip from the Twin Cities all the way to madison, WI. And I've had it for 2 weeks now. Well, I woke up today to go out to my car, and I gasped. SOMEONE JACKED UP MY CAR, TOOK OFF THE FACTORY RIMS, AND PUT ON 17S!!!!!!

Wait. No. What the hell? Why would anyone do that? So I walked about 10 more feet and realized that my car was 2 cars behind the current LSL, and there were TWO black LSLs on the same block approximately 15 ft apart. So who is this guy?

License plate read "SVXTC"
