After remarking on how exotic my car was, someone asked me how much I paid for it. When I said 4 thousand they misheard and thought I said 40k and replied "That's low."

Some SVX owners have a name for that dance move. It's called the neckbreaker. Sometimes they have to look twice to make sure that their eyes aren't failing them. We call that move the doubletake neckbreaker.

i had someone in a mustang at the sunoco off exit 91 on the PA turnpike stare real hard.

also had someone in a mustang on the 210-W in Pasadena/Glendale keep pace with me on the freeway for a while. i was strong though, and refused to indulge in childish freeway racing.... for about two minutes. but then he went off in a different direction, so he got spared (or my tranny did).

I used to get "Ferrari" all the time... I'd just rev the engine (Stebro exhaust backed up my statement) and tell them that it was a special model

My friend said

"nice car. does it talk?"

I asked why she thought, and she thought my SVX was brand new, like 2004 model or something. And because of that futuristic design made her think so too!

When I parked my car on a street and got out, I heard some college kid shouted

"OOHH! es vi exo!!"

He had some kinda accent.
In Japan, it sounds like "es bui ekks"

I had no idea.
What if SVX can talk? Is it going to be male voice or female voice? Wondering.

It 'll be like a K.I.T.T from Knight Rider...

I often do not see the reactions that Penny gets because I am one of the few drivers on the road today who actually pays attention to their driving
but Chris is my faithful sidekick and he quite often says "I hope that guys neck is going to be alright"

Penny's on the street for the first time in 3 weeks.... I shall report.....
