Ya may have computer skills... But that whole post was one big run on sentence

Look if you want to get respect on this site, don't talk about racing people in your SVX. Alot of us here know more about the SVX than we do about our relatives (I am one of those people). If you have a question about something, JUST ASK.... But ask because ya want to learn, not because you want to beat your friend's MAZDA 3 in a race or something... That is not why this site was created. I learned.... I used to know almost nothing about the SVX. But about 2 years of searching and reading almost anything I could get my hands on has changed that. Now I know alot about the SVX.

Oh, about computers and computer knowelage....... I run a wireless network on the USMC Air Station Beaufort, SC that has roughly 12 people on that.... So yes, I know a bit about computers too

Phoenix,

it could drop to 200hp if you have one of those cone filters sucking in hot engine air...

You'd best hope that your pharmacist doesn't have the same mind-set.

I started it so that I could help out the Marines here that were getting overcharged for thier internet by Comcast. It is freaking $56/month for highspeed cable!!!! So by doing this and doing it with a wireless router, I am able to help out Marines and still make alittle money on the side.

I use a very simple setup. It consists of a Microsoft MN-700 Wireless - G router and connect my computer (a Dell D600 laptop) to the network via a MN-720 notebook adapter. Most of the other guys have desktops and use either MN-730 USB PCI adapters or MN-710 USB 2.0 adapters. With this network we can hook in the PS2's and play against eachother over the network. There's nothing like a LAN game of SOCOM against eachother...

My computer is actually my second government computer.... (Hey, why spend upwards of $1,500 for my own computer when I have 3 at work )... It's specs are... 1.4Ghz Pentium M processor, 512Mb ram, 30GB HHD, only one PCMCIA slot ... I run Norton System Works 2004 on all the computers on my network. They are set to scan the computers 3 times a week. On top of that I use a program called Knoppix STD to monitor the network and see who's doing what

I look to upgrade from my Microsoft setup soon and move to a full Linksys system. Once that happens I will be increasing the range with external anteanas and putting some bridges in other barracks to extend the range as far as possible... But all that takes money...

Ya mean Digi's???

If these are what ya mean, they are made ONLY for the Marine Corps... They even have little EGA's in the pattern... I'll take a picture of them up close if ya wanna see... That picture above though is of me and "Stalker"... Stalker was my Jeep that I had about a year ago... And guess what all you older members!!!! I have Stalker again!!!

My Buddy that bought it is letting me borrow it now that I don't have my SVX anymoer...

those are cool the army ones are a bit different but use that same design instead of the patches of camo it looks more like a bunch of pixels, they also took the black out of it because black tends to brake up the pattern of an image or something like that

http://www4.army.mil/news/article.php?story=6042

they also made the boots non relfective and the pattern of the uniform not as sensitive to light,

"There were 20 changes made to the uniform, to include removing the color black and adapting the digital print from the Marine Corps uniform to meet the needs of the Army"
