Future SVX?

See Design Analysis of the Subaru B11S on pp 40-41 in latest issue (Oct.) of Automobile magazine.

Keep the following in mind when reading it: a) Cumberford, the analyst/writer, often doesn't like anything he didn't design himself; and b) the SVX started out as a design exercise, too. I first saw it at the NY Auto Show in 1989.

Actually, I believe the fist design study showed up around '86:

i'm not - see the word 'TURBO' on the side......

the guy from Automobile may be too critical, but i think he was way too easy on the B11S this time. he forgot to point out the area in the front where it hit the ugly tree.
