Lowest Mileage SVX???

I gotta ask who has the lowest mileage SVX?? Did a few searches and saw the lowest milegae was around 22K. We have one here in Littleton, CO (username: Shelfy) w/ 9K granted it's a '97. Anyone have less than that?

i don't know if you knew this, but shortline subaru in aurora had a new (never been titled) 97 lsi in barcelona red until about a year ago with only 125 miles. i desperately wanted it, but they wanted a small fortune for it. they posted it on e-bay and i heard someone from california purchased it for an undisclosed amount. i am thinking it probably has less miles than mine, but it's gotta be the only one.

Yes, I heard that too. But since then I think he put on 8-10k miles on it?? His user name is (LearJeff). I will email him and find out!

LearJeff last posted here on April 8th, 2003 (His one year SVX anniversary). He'd put only 5K on it. I think he's on his 2nd tranny though.

That is still incredibly low mileage!

It seems that a lot of '97's have really low mileage, probably because everyone new it was being discontinued. All the collectors snatched them up and put them away. Subaru of Nashua had a nice '97 Barcelona Red with about 15-16K on it. This was about 6mos ago, and they were asking about $18K for it. It didn't stick around long, either.

So, now that we think we know who has the lowest mileage '97, what about pre-'97. We should find out who has the lowest miles for each year, and even who has the highest, too.

My '94 just clocked 26K this week. Any other '94 owners that can beat that?

as rarely as i drive mine, it won't be long until i have the lowest mileage 97.

My 94 L (FWD) only has 25K on it, but climbing fast. Sadly its my only car and that makes it my daily driver.

Though my SVX is in the garage for winter now, it's about to hit 49K. For most of the past year, I worked about 80 miles from home, and when the XT6 was broke down (which was A LOT), I had no choice but to take the SVX. That was probably my car for half my trips down there. Yeah, I know it's still low miles, but no longer the extremely low miles that made me purchase the car in the first place.
