Yea, I would love that, but it just seems like there are too many hurdles to jump... After thinking about it for a few months I decided to steer away from it... Figured that I would have to sell my SVX soon anyway, wouldn't want to screw it up trying to add a turbo or SC to it then get no money from it... I think I'll just stick with light modifications and mainly handeling and braking modifications...

Good luck!
I know that the eg33 has inercahngable parts with the ej22t, they share the same rod. The only problem with the 2j22t piston is there cast, like ours. I would rather buy some aftermarket pistons sence you have to take the engine all the way apart to do this. It really dosent matter that the eg33 is open block, it would be stronger if it was closed, but the new 2j20t in the WRX is open deck and can with stand well over 20 PSI on a stock block with out problems. I dought we will ever reach the limit of our stock block and still keep the car driveable.

yeah I was just saying that you could use the parts...recommending aftermarket one's made by Ross.

And yes you Green Marine SVX...why figure you would have to sell?

Because when I get out of the Marines in about a year and a bit I'm headding back to Australia to finish my degree and join the Royal Australian Airforce to be a pilot... I know I need to stop upgrading the car because I'll probably not get the money that I put into it back when I sell it... But I am an SVX addict, I just want to make it handle better than anything else on the road (with the exception of Porter's SVX ) and stop faster than a porsche 911... I'm done with power mods, Handeling is more important to me...
