how screwed is my friend?
ok so this saturday my roomate desided to drink... then drive... (no licence) in a car with no insurance... and on his way home some lady jumped in front of his car and he hit her going 20 mph.... what do you think he is facing?

Tagged, because I have seen some stupid crap in my life, but this damn near takes the cake.
