Welcome SVX_girl, where in WI? I'm in NW IL just across from Dubuque. And why not drive to CA? I don't think twice about driving to NY and back a few times a year. Make almost as good time as flying, and more comfy seats.

I live outside of Milwaukee. I do not drive my car out to CA b/c of exams So I have to fly there and back to get studing time in and to make sure I make it back in time for exams.

damn other side of the state. Are there any SVX owners on here in the Rochester area? Preferably hot, female and single, but anyone will do really. Just wondering how many people have one in the Rochester area and if there are an clubs or anything up there for them.

speaking of which, when are the reading events? I know Im a noob but is there somewhere I can go for information on them? Any other events in the Philly area coming up? I checked the calendar but I just see b-days and holidays no events listed. And while Im going off on this tangent, any SVX car clubs in the philly area?

Hmm.. Wisconsin huh... Probably not anytime soon

. However if all is well i WILL be at reading 7! I've missed 2 in a row now, so i am due for a reading meet. I used to consider it a far drive to reading, but now that my mom moved to PA i'm used to the drive. So now even if i don't have anyone to tag along with me i could do the drive on my own.
I have to go down to NC this weekend and drive my car home from being stranded after the dragon

. I'm goin to end up doin between a 9-13 hour drive depending on what gets all worked out

. If i do have to do the 13 i'll probably have to stop somewhere in the middle cause i dunno if i could do the whole thing.

This is where these cars really shine. You can drive for a looooong time without any problems at all. The car is amazing when it comes to long distance driving. However, I would not like to do it in any other car.
