Power steering whine

[Ricochet]

Yeah it whines like a high pitched moan, loud at idle and louder when I turn. It doesn't sound right. I tightened my p/s tensioner because it would squeal like a dying pig on a cold startup and I noticed the tensioner can wiggle if I push on it. It's only hanging on by the bolt to tighten it, so I guess that's just how the car was made.. Anyways, could it be a bad pump? Bad pulley bearing? Help, I want this awesome car to be in mint condition and small things like this piss me off.
