Angry Scraping sound from pass rear.

I'm at my wits end in trying to find the source of this scraping sound that ONLY happens when turning left, meaning the weight of the vehicle has transferred to the right side of the vehicle. Seems to happen at any speeds while turning left.

Another clue I have is that the ABS sensor on that wheel is tripping the ABS light and my braking is weird. As I come to an almost stop, the brake peddle shudders as the ABS solenoids fire.

Things I've checked/done:
- removed brake shield. They were corroded anyway so now they're gone.
- bearings are new
- brake pads are new
- rotors are new
- brake shoes are adjusted properly, not scraping. I took everything apart and re-assembled per FSM.
- rim isn't bent
- nothing is scraping the inner wheel well, no signs of contact.
- all struts are less than five years old so the vehicle's suspension is firm.
- axle nut is torqued to spec. Dust cover is snug.
- strut hardware is torqued
- suspension hardware is clean and torqued
- sway bar is Nevin, end links are solid and fairly new

ABS
- ABS sensor cable housing is intact but not sure if I have a broken wire inside.
- Checked the sensor gap, seems nothing unusual. Sensor magnetic tip is clean.
- Just for S&G, installed thin washers under the tone ring in order to move it closer to the sensor. Same code is still happening, along with funky braking.

Again, this is not a bearing going bad sound, rather a scraping sound.
Please give me some ideas! One guess I have is could it be the rotor slightly larger OD? I didn't actually look to see if there are any scraping marks on the OD part of the rotor.

Thanks.

Re: Scraping sound from pass rear.

Sagging inner plastic splash guard?
Oversize tires?
Wrong offset wheels?
Rusted out strut mount?

Re: Scraping sound from pass rear.

Sagging inner plastic splash guard? No, I checked. Good point.
Oversize tires? NO, same size for last three years.
Wrong offset wheels? No, same rims for 12 years
Rusted out strut mount? No, less than five year old. We live in the SW rust is a non issue here, thankfully!

Thanks for the input.

I once had after market rotors which were a little too thick. The scraping sound was more prominent when the brakes warmed up and on reflection happened more pronouncedly on cornering. Putting them on a lathe fixed the issue.
