CT! coated aluminum Rod and Main bearings

I've got some left overs I'd like to clean out of my garage including:

Set of .25mm undersize rod bearings with .50mm undersize main bearings. High silicon aluminum bearings with Calico ct1 anti-friction coating. $250 for all.

Set of SVX rods $30

Several sets of SVX pistons $25 each set

Everything is plus actual shipping.

Contact OT... He called me yesterday or the day before asking if I had any pistons, rings, or bearings

Re: CT! coated aluminum Rod and Main bearings

icing needs standard bearings too and has released his dibs on these. These are undersize bearings which allow/require you to have your crankshaft machined. When starting with a good engine I recomend using standard size bearings and not machining the crank shaft (but do get the crank pins polished). When rebuilding an engine with a blown rod bearing these are the bearings you need. Or if you are determined to have the crank machined even if it doesn't need it then these are the bearings you need.

Re: CT! coated aluminum Rod and Main bearings

well....
let's see
how does that whole unit cancelation thing work again....
hmmm, maybe
.25mm * 1inch/25.4mm =.0098 inches?

converted to a really precise machinist's jargon that would be 98 tens
converted to the average machinist's jargon that would be 10 thousandths
converted to a nasa guy's jargon that would be about [....] much

Re: CT! coated aluminum Rod and Main bearings

Ok, I threw out the 5 extra sets of pistons and a set of rods. There is still a set of good rods on a good crank. I've put the crank up for sale. The rods have to be shipped seperately so they are available seperately.

Sooo...ct coated aluminum bearings in the size previously posted are still available.

Do you still have the bearings? I need a set of .0010 over bearings.

crank is sold and I'm going to go crate it to weight it for shipping now so I will have a nice set of rods off and ready if anyone wants them.
