show off your modded engine bay!

So I know mike has done some pretty painting etc. So here's a thread to show off all the dress up custom intakes etc that you've done to your SVX! so post pictures and post lots! I have a few ideas, but I'd like to see if anyone has anything I haven't though of that might look good.

Re: show off your modded engine bay!

Mine looks pretty normal at the moment. PWR rad, Hella horns, A/C system removed, got rid of the god awful battery box thing, GroupA crank pulley. I don't think I have a recent picture... But I might get somthing rather neat this afternoon. Stand by. It will also look much different come spring when it comes out of storage.

(From Reading 2009)

Last weekend. Crappy phone photo, and there are many small things which are removed at the moment because I'm diagnosing an issue.

Let's see some more photos, people

I took the long road. I polished it with a dual action sander, and then buffed it with an orbital buffer.

If I do another, I'd probably just get it powdercoated in a shiny silver.

However, I think I may do another one in wrinkle red when I do my turbo stuff, (piping, turbo housing, etc...)and make it look like it would have been factory. (ish)
