Exclamation need help

ok so i was putting back my rear strut becuase i just got putting my drop sprring and this happends. !!!! i want to know how bad this is and how much will it be to get a new one? also i want to knoe if it is just the top part of the strut that i need to get new like the strut top? i hear something that we could use oem sti strut top if so i good cuz my bro has some old ones around. but if not anyone know where to get some new ones?

my bad i forgot to check what i tryped up. So pissed off of what i did that i fotgot. Well found out that i just broke one of three top mount bolts. So i'm going to have to find an old one use top mount or see if the oem sti top mounts will fit be for i can dive the car. Anyone know where i can get some.

this may be an easier fix than you think so take a deep breath. it's been a few years since i've had the strut off but if i remember right that stud was pressed through a hole on the top of the strut, so go ahead and take the hole thing off again. press that broken stud back through and put a new one in. if it is welded to the top of the strut, grind it off then drill out the same hole and put a new bolt in.(weld it in place if can't reach the head to bolt it down.) this shouldn't be that hard if you have access to some tools.

I would Just get a new mount. It is probably bad anyway. I always reccomend replacing the mounts with the struts anyway. The Rubber in the middle wears out.
