Headers

I am making another set of headers for another member here... While I am doing them... Is there anyone else interested in them?? About 32-34" long using 1 3/4" primaries... Let me know within the next week if you are interested

1 3/4 is WAY to big, especially for a stock engine. You WILL lose a bunch of torque. Check out the headers I built in this thread...

I went with 1 5/8 primaries into a 2in collector that flares out to 2 1/2 v-band flanges.

key word is stock. Tom's headers are intended for people using forced induction applications

Now, if everyone that is running forced induction went ahead and bought a set of headers, tom wouldnt have to sell his car

Yeah but how many people here are making enough power to justify such a large primary. Atleast if you build a 1 5/8 primary header, people can have power gains with their NA engine, and when or if they upgrade to forced induction, they will still have plenty of header for some pretty impressive HP numbers. Besides, unless you are running a supercharger, you will probably want to run 304 grade or higher.

You are right... A smaller primary is better for an N/A enginealso making them shorter would help the bottom end as well... I can and will make a 1 5/8 primary for anyone looking to do a N/A engine

1) How much for a set?,

2) How long will it take for a set to be made?
