Here she is!

After replacing the fuel lines that reside on top of the fuel tank, she was finally back on the road again. It took some work but at then end it was all well worth it.

What steps did you have to take to get at the steel lines? We had to run temp neoprene line while planning for a more appropriate fix.

Thx

Do you have any shop manual pages that you can share describing the removal of the fuel tank?

It's pretty involved, but doable. You have to take the muffler all the way to where it joins into one piece, take the drive shaft off, heat shields, rear differential, undo the lateral links (but not necessary), drop the rear subframe, undo the straps that hold the tank, and lower it. Then you have full access to the lines coming from the top of the tank. Don't have manual pages, just Chilton's book for 92 through 97 Subarus that I got from ebay and the SVX is there; I recommend you try to get a copy. But once you start taking yours apart, it will be pretty clear.

Leaking and leaking badly. Replaced all three that go up the fuel tank. You can take a look at this thread: http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/showthread.php?t=34390.
