When you say "most desirable" in reference to something out of the ordinary, what that suggests isn't favorite, rather, what is most rare. Hasn't it been determined that liquid silver is the scarcest factory color? That would make it most desirable, in my book.

for me it would have to be laguna blue is my favorite followed or tied by black (whatever they call it). Then the other colors after that. For non-stock colors i've always liked yellow, and thought it would look really nice on an svx.

i definitely think silver is the sharpest of the colors. my second favorite would have to be white with a black top.
i absolutely love the "Two tone" look of these cars... always loved that about the majority of subarus that use the scheme. as for the svx's, i think that to really emphasize the beautiful design of the car- the windows, the slight curves in the body, it takes a "lighter" color. it just makes the car's body pop so much more and gives it that "extra ordinary" look. i think the red looks pretty good on svx, but as a general rule i really don't like red cars. bad experience with my old honda prelude

i like black best.
i'd like an all-silver SVX, but i can't stand the two-tone look with the black roof and trunk. reminds me of old Eagle Talons and Mitsu Eclipses. <shudder>

Isn't the colour emerald pearl somewhat of a shade between teal and polo green?
Teal is more of a blueish tint to it (thus peacock blue) and polo green is green like You know what I really like to own? All silver (like in the prototype), black over red (as in euro) and finally.... drumroll..... greenish air. That's the colour no one will ever mention
