just needa little guidance

So my transmission died. car doesnt go forward or reverse. I'm gonna switch it over to a manual awd. only thing is its a little daunting, and i just really need guidance on what parts ill need. I know basics ill need like the trans itself, shifter, shifter boot, clutch, flywheel, rear diff... but im not sure what else. the car is(was) FWD so im not sure what that changes. but any guidance yall can offer would be much appreciated. like maybe a good source for all the parts. thanks in advance.

custom made transmission crossmember,
manual transmission mount,
custom made clutch pedal assembly,
custom made shift lynkage,
AWD crossmember,
rear axles,
manual transmission starter,
pressure plate/clutch cover,
clutch cable or hydrolic parts.
Lots of time...
Lots of money.
I am sure I missed some things.

Did he mention a lot of money? the cross member comes out of the rear of an AWD because the FWD does not have the mounts for a rear diff etc.
