Wanted - Ash Tray, wheel centers

I am looking for an ash tray. Anyone have one? Please e-mail me if you do. I'm also interested in wheel centers to refinish.

Bill, did you try the guy on the "SVXtreme" site, who was parting out his car? As for the center caps, John Hoffman (svxcess) did have a set, but, they were painted charcoal, and, it was a long time (relatively) ago (I saw them at the "Snowshoe" meet).

No, I haven't looked at SVXtreme in a while. Too busy keeping up with Yoohoo and making bad jokes. I'll check it out, though.

Bill - I have a set of 4 centers. They were in bad shape and I replaced them with new ones.
They are physically OK, the paint was wearing off. I re-painted them, but they don't quite match my early SVX dark silver wheels exactly.

Yes, I would be interested. I've had to repaint mine also, and although the match is reasonable, it's not perfect. So, I thought I would do some work to come up with an exact match for both the light and dark wheels. I've got the equipement to do that sort of small paint work, but need some test pieces. I would use mine, but don't really want to drive Cleo around without the caps. Who knows, if I can find the right paint, maybe I can develop a little wheel center refinishing business, particularly if I can do it for less than Subaru wants for new ones. Somehow, I suspect they're not particularly cheap, if they're like other SVX parts.

Let me know what you need to get for them, and I'll let you know if we have a deal.
