it's not a matter of cost but a matter of trial, error and time. if I make molds and start making them, they won't cost more than $100 both...maybe less... really !! fiberglass is cheap in Lebanon

That shouldn't be a problem but you would have to post much better pictures and instructions for installation.
I would also need a sense of how much you would charge and a range for the the shipping costs depending on how many where ordered. B-) |

give me like a week or so, because I want to finish up the front.. and I want to make a "tour" at local fiberglass shops (i don't have the time necessary to make a lot of fiberglass kits) pick the best of them (really professional work) with the lowest prices, show them the kit and how much it would cost to make a similar one. then I will contact my shipping friends and get some quotes... in the meantime, If you are really interested guys in my kit, make an application thread, and I get back to you on wednesday (we have a three day holiday in Lebanon) so I can know the number. I will also post pictures of the kit, how I installed it on my car but give me little time !! goodbye and see you on wednesday...

I will charge you $1500 for 30 kits (front, rear and side skirts) and $1300 for 50 kits. whereas for shipping, I can make a deal for a group buy to send them by sea (cost less but take some time), I guess shipping won't be more than $70 by kit, I still need to ask about it. if you are interested, pls start a thread making applications.
