Oh and a reminder, Earl and I have a little raffle cooked up with some nifty little prizes from the NWSVX storage box (you never know what is in there ). So be sure to bring your spare change (or not so spare change if you are feeling generous and/or lucky)

many, many thx, earl!

Earl, i cannot thank you enough, sir. in the last seven months Jeni & i have not had such an enjoyable afternoon. pls extend our appreciation to your dad & family for allowing us to visit your beautiful place. we are converted; we are fans of Tarboo Bay!

to the members of NWSVX: thank you all as well; members, spouses, dates, passengers and dogs. you are all part of what makes these things so very good. the cars are cool & i'm as big an svx fan as anyone ('cept Earl!) but if it wasn't for all of you who share your time and your welcome and your friendship and your stories and your smiles... well, the cars just would not be enough. I am grateful to have each of you in my life. thx.

As Seasvx says, without all the enthusiasts, the car just woul;dn't be the same.

Thanks again Earl for hosting the 2nd annual Dabob Seafood meet, and thanks to all the showed, it was absolutely awesome, and I even got few things FIXed this time.
p.s. made it home event free

Stay tuned for details on the BC Meet in September.
Remember, get your ID ready for a trip to Canada.

Talking Thanks to all!

What a great weekend! I had a great time seeing fellow SVX'ers and meeting e few more.

I also made it home w/o incident and w/o anymore things catching on fire! I stopped in Bremerton and properly repaired my fusible link wire.

I am seriously concidering attending the West coast Sbuaru meet but I may be moving that weekend. What to do... what to do...

My hand is 10Xs better now too!

Now I'm going to do what I do best, Sleep!

Or should I change my handle to "Hotwire"?

Once again, thanks to all!

I also enjoyed the weekend. Dabob was a fantastic location. I loved the casual atmosphere of a simple gathering of enthusiasts. Much nicer than most automobile events.

Thank you Earl, and thanks to the folks who made the event what it was. Maybe I'll see some of you at WCSS if I can make it.

Cheers!

Su, the fish and I had a great weekend too! The seafood was wonderful. Of course it was nice seeing all the regulars, out-of-towners (does Utah set a record for most distance driven to a NW meet?), new people and K-9s.

Thanks to the intoxicated people who helped wash my car Friday (CDG - thanks for fixing my wheels like you did last year), the people who provided the campfire jokes, the new folks with the car-mishap stories and the people who stayed up too late yakking.

I'm glad the carBQ wasn't more serious (SEA Sleeper - should your new name be Hotwire or Sparky? Glad your hand is healing).

My car is pleased with my raffle loot, it was nice getting a chance to stretch her wheels.

WOW

Just a short reply...

I had a GREAT time!!!! Thank all of you for what I think (with apologies to other meet planners) was the BEST SVX MEET EVER! Not only did I not get the traditional line up picture... I never even broke out the camera!!! Seems we were too busy talking and playing!!!

And after the 900 mile drive to get there, I was really thankful that we didn't go for the traditional drive in the Washington Traffic!...

Earl is a fantastic host!
I don't think I have to say more... except thank you for breaking my diet! It was the only thing that got broke on my 1800 mile round trip! Which is also probably a first.

I'm sure Troy was relieved when he saw me and saw that he could "clean my clock" so ending the battle of the Regional meets...

Thanks for the hat and tee shirt. (I think the raffle was rigged…)

Again thank you for your hospitality. It was well worth the drive!

I'll drink to that.

Just got my computer fixed so I could post. The hard drive got stuck!

It was another great meet. Thanks to everyone who attended, because without you, there would not have been a meet. duh.
