New guy in these parts...

Hey just wanted to say "What's Up" now that i can finaly post...

My name is David, i have been working on Subarus for 10+ years. and have had many but this is the first SVX i have ever owned or worked on...

I have wanted one for many years. saw one in my neighborhood gorwoing up and wanted one well before i even drove let alone liked Subaru.

Any how i love Subaru and i love having a car that is different than everyone else. thus the reason i have been driving old school subarus for so long. and now i have a car that is even cooler and more different than an any old subaru.

A few weeks ago i bought a 1992 Liquid Silver SVX, all stock, but in pretty good shape overall.

Now that i have it, i just have to find out what i want to do with it to make it still cool, but different than everyone elses. something that will stand out even amongst other SVX's... Gears turning...

So now that you have read my life story. just wanted to say Hey Hows it going...

And the most important part:
Here She Is...

Nice Silver! Welcome to the forums! Appears you are into some photography, definitely looking forward to seeing some more artistic photos of your SVX in the future.

Welcome! Congrats on getting your SVX!

You'll find tons of info and ideas on these forums.

Check back in this Northwest section from time to time, we have meets 3 or 4 times a year. Should have a driving tour coming up next month.

Hey Dave, glad to see you finally get on here
Nice silver, now I have competition in this class too
At least yours is running!
I'm actually getting motivated on mine again, so it should be on the road again soon. We can get together and compare notes, etc.

Hi,
Nice car. About the rims, I think they look awesome and it appears that they are on correctly. They are made to scoop cool air onto the brakes. Hope to see you at our next meet.

Re: New guy in these parts...

Did you by chance pick that up in the Tacoma area? I was looking at one for sale a while back. I really like the silver paint scheme, but I ended up passing on it.
