Question Knocking sound

I discovered a little knocking sound comming somewhere from the engine...I think, The funny part is it doesn't knock until i engage a transmission and back, then it starts knocking, and the knocking stops on the higher RPM, above 1000. Doesn't sound like the flexplate issue.

Please help

I checked everything, shields, any lose parts etc. it comming somewhere from the engine or bellhousing area, and it doesn't sound like a tranny ether.

How would i know that it is not a main berring or something serious?

a main bearing would knock even if it wasn't in gear... especially on start up. I think it is either a loose torque converter bolt or a cracked flex plate.
