Washed/Waxed PEARLY

Fri. afternoon I brought SVXY into 'My favorite SUBY dealership' for a rear wheel brg. We agreed befoehand that the car will be ready tomorrow night.

Anyway, yeasterday was bright & sunny and around 50 deg. F in northern DE.
I borught PEARLY in for a wash & wax at the Whiteglove (brushless) car wash.
After the car went through and was being waxed, a huge black man, who looked liked "The Fridge", came over and admired the SVX. He turned and said to me. "I used to have one of these...best damn car I ever owned."
He then told me that he had leased a red, '93 anniv. model SVX for 3 yrs. He also said that once in his SVX he had more room and it rode better than in his Lincoln. He pointed to a beautiful blue Lincoln Towncar being dried. He asked me if mine was a "new" one. I told him it was a '94 and that SUBARU stopped making them in '97.
I told him about the network and gave him a Network windshield note with the web address on it.
He kept telling everyone, "I had one of these....best damn car I ever owned."

I felt great and was grinning from ear to ear.
Pearly looked so good, that when I got home, I took some pictures. Then Rosie & I drove to some senic spots and took more photos. The camera still has half the roll in it. When I finish and get them developed, I'll post them.
