Arebub, did you try searching the Yahoo messages? I seem to recall someone knowing someone who knew someone who had a friend that thought they could get it there? Or am I thinking of Peppe's 980 HP mystery car?

Anyway, it would be FANTASTIC to get it for the meet. I've been thinking about doing my "unassembled" SVX model as the PPG car.

did he ever produce mthe pics of the so called 980 HP SVX?? I dont go to yahoo anymore.. anyone here know? or did he just vanish to another site.. maybe he has a Honda prelude with 980 hp now..

I didn't do a search. I do, however, recall someone saying that they believed the car was in Cherry Hill, New Joisy somewhere. I think it's nice that the SVX was used as a pace car, but, I don't really wanna see the PPG car in person. That color scheme just don't do it for me. The only thing worse, is YELLOW! AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!

Peppe gave a specific date that he would produce the pics, but he never appeared with or without them! (much to Eddycat's glee!)

My theory is that he briefly reincarnated himself here as "SVX Master Tech" for a day. When /where will he appear again?

Steve, first of all, I'm not taking your post personally. Mainly because all I did was ask to have some things clarified, and even in my last post regarding this fella, I said he may be legit. (I'm assuming that you are talking about SVXmastertech and not peepee.) If you go to SVXmastertech's stats, he's 50 years old, maybe 51 depending on dob.

As for cutting people that lie slack, nope, ain't going to happen. I can't stand liars. We all tend to stretch the truth occasionally, but a blatant lie I won't tolerate. And why should any of us have to? Being young and stupid does not excuse the fact that someone is a liar.
