Warpped Timing Cover

I started to work on my car yesterday and found it has a warpped timing belt cover. The cover has a hole thru it where it rubbed the main crank pulley. I also found the end covers broken, edge chips so the gasket comes out, and the one on the left side that bolts to the engine is real bad. It is broken in several places. I am really hopeing this is in stock somewhere close by.
