head milling

Ok I had this engine follow me home the other day.
So since my svx has 131K and running fine but I wanna do a complete rebuild and build a better stock-ish engine w/ this one.
How much can be safely milled from the heads to reduce combustion chamber size? I know my comp ratio is gonna go up, that's the idea.
I looked up my svx tech specs and can't find anything on max allowable head milling.
I plan on a mild port job along w/ new valvetrain pieces.
Gonna send out my extra set of injectors to get cleaned and flow tested, next week. I would like to get this engine done by early fall.
As I have another sbc (small block chevy) to build, oh joy

Guys, do you have those in plastic or metal in your engines?

Danny, the earlier built engines had aluminum breathers, Head half moons, and seperator plates... The later engines had all plastic pieces...

The max cutting limit is .0118 Those are stock specs... Now if you plan on building this engine, you will want to take your own measurements once you have the cam profiles figured out to find out exactly how much you are going to be able to trim

thanx
Only .010+"?
Sheesh, i was hoping i could shrink the comb chamber by a few cc's.
I plan on using stock cams, though I'm gonna degree'm.
I'd like to adv intake a couple deg. becuz of living @ 4200'.
Which is also the reason for more comp.
I don't have a chip or anything.
Figure until I get a free flowing exhaust it ain't gonna make much diff.
