Trying to assemble my trans parts.

Ok, so I basically bought this trans from this guy who kinda screwed me over on parts and here I am having to pretty much build all the connections, whilst have zero prior trans finagling experience.

This thing is like a weird 3D puzzle, there is no box to show me what it should look like, and I am missing a few pieces.

So right now I am about to buy MORE parts of subaruparts.com, eyeballing the diagrams trying to learn where things go. Problem is, not everything I have is pictured, and not everything pictured is something I need.

Before I get too far, I need to make sure I've got one trans, and not another. I'm really hoping I the clutch I bought is the right one.
I'm assuming from the clutch retainer spring bracket in the 205 diagram I have a 205. I'm really hoping that is the case because my release bearing and clutch matches that one.

Parts I have are circled.

The harness on my trans is also similar to the 205 pictured on the site. It's hard to tell, though. I think it says 205 trans are for turbos, 251s are NA? Do the other Imprezas just share diagrams with the WRX?

So you can see I have the 251 clutch cylinder. Is there any way to modify it to work? (No.)

I'm gonna try to assemble the "gear shift system" to see what I may be missing.

I pretty much answered most of my own questions. I ordered everything* including a new cylinder as it appears there is no way you can swap models.

I still am unable to get that 35044 part so if anyone has a lead on one, hook me up.

*239.33 worth of things. :/

the 35044 part is connected to the upper arm on the shifter (as you can see from the diagram). its a bushing with a metal tube the bold goes through. it comes as a complete part. i don't know why someone would take it out. post a pic of the one you have.
