valve cover gasket

Ok, need more advice, How hard is it to replace the valve cover gaskets on these engines? Is this engine a "boxer" engine, and are they located underneath the engine?

they are located on the sides of the motor, where the spark plugs are

I just replaced mine. There's a how-to document that's very detailed and helpful. Do yourself a favor and tilt the engine in the engine bay (one side at a time) to get a good bit more room to work. It only takes the removal of the nut that holds the motor mount to the crossmember and a hydraulic jack with some wood blocks under the oil pan (again, one side at a time).

I have looked through the how-to doc's and cant find the write up can someone link it please
