The first pic is the B11S concept, twin turbo H6, it is awsome but is now over three years old, saw it in real life at the Sydney Motorshow 2003.
Still if they made it i would be interested!

There was a thread on the other one a while back, personaly i think it is ugly

i like it -first pic- B11S. does it go really really fast???
what makes a car co. decide to actually move a concept car into mass production?
Here is another link that tells more about it:

yeah, they have both been discussed on here.

The gist of what I have heard from the internet buzz and speaking with people in the industry is that subaru is planning on making a legacy coupe in about two years to finish off the current legacy chassi like they did with the baja. It will be produced for a few years while they are getting the new legacy on the streets. in the short run... the legacy is getting a bigger, more open nose... so I'm not sure if this is to allow for h6 with boost or what... we'll see.

It has a really weird and ugly front end. I dunno what Subaru is trying to accomplish with it. They'd better call back Giugaro for a newer design

I agree. I've seen what he has done with the Ferrari 612. Improved cargo room and aerodynamics. I say let him go ape **** with the legacy chasis and engineer a 2 door sports coupe or just go over the top and make a proper sports car.

Italdesign did not style the 612. Like practically every Ferrari, it was styled by Pininfarina. Are you referring to the GG50 study, based on the 612, that Italdesign did?

Yep, the GG50. Inwhich Ferrari got pissed off because he improved the car, lol.

There is a nice 4-5 page article on Giugiaro in this months European Car. Its just a run down of his European models. It was a good article tho.

A hatchback huh? I doubt it would be this thing.. and I hope they don't bring the justy over here! If memory serves correct both hatches are 1.6l platforms. There are still the R's and the stella too. All would still be a for me. I'd like to see a legacy based STi here.
