Really clear headlights...No, really

Randy gave me a demo of the Novus plastic polish at the last Snowshoe meet, and it was definitely an improvement over the cloudy yellow lenses I had before. However, at my local auto parts store over the weekend, I found they carried the Meguiars line of clear plastic products, so I thought I'd give them a try. I bought the #17 Clear Plastic Cleaner, and the #10 Clear Plastic Polish. Let me tell you, this stuff is awesome. My headlights really look like new, clear glass.

I will bring the bottles along to Reading, and we can have a little product comparo. Has anyone else tried this stuff?

I ordered the Novus polish the other day so it will be here sometime soon. My headlights are really yellow, so i'll get before and after pics of them.

If I hadn't have gotten that first layer off, it probably wouldn't have worked as well.

I think we should leave the potential jokes up to our imaginations, here, shouldn't we?

Perhaps we should try to "steer" them somewhat. If we leave it totally up to the imaginations of THIS group . . . oh, I dread to think were it would go.

Yes - I too bought the Meguires stuff about 6 months ago & I'm quite satisfied. I suggest a "Shine-off" at the Holiday Inn. Losers get to Q-tip the winner's radiator fins. Somebody bring a "bright-meter".
Ron.
