And, off topic again ... I did not do the 300ZX ... I had not actually looked at it other than driving past. He could not get it started *evil grin* even jumping from another car ... Talk about embarassed.

I have settled on a pritty Liberty 99 RX AWD *drewl* Auto 103000km. Have not go tit yet, but I have done the deposit thing. I will get it Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri ... whenever their workshop goes over it to make sure it is all good and safe. Buying from a reputable dealer, with a good warranty that covers what manufacturer's warranty covers !!

Anyways ... anything during the week I won't be able to do, as I have work the next day and I am at least 1 hour away. I also have no car, yet ... and don't think I will be driving that far any time soon. I hope the guy who hit me is in more pain than I am ...

My wreck got bought by someone at Brookvale, apparently they put the engines into a VW ... How lethal that would be ... A dub ... OMG !!

Anyways, enuff from this non-SVXer ... for now ...

Ah yes, Brookvale Spares...they alway seem to be getting their hands on SVX's! Apparently the engines are very popular but aside from light aircraft, I don't know who is buying them or what cars they are putting them into!!

Guys (and gals!), we need to get some dates in July that suit everyone if we want to organise something for a Sunday.

Hi James, Any time in July should be ok by me. I'll come down the day before and stay with Steven, at Albion Park.

I might be able to talk him into bringing his 240Z Datsun along.
He has been building it for 12 months. He built up a 3lt with a 2.5lt four valve head on it.

20th July sounds good to me, so far ... Not that I have any SVX for anyone to ogle over I will have a damn fine lookin Liberty tho ... is AWD and Subaru ... isn't that all that "really" counts? *hopeful look*

But, I would love to see all those other SVX's !!!!!

OK Folks, how many takers do we have for Wednesday 11th?
Be there about 7:00pm or so at the Mediterranean Gourmet Pizza, shop 8/1 Trafalgar Place Marsfield.
Marsfield is on the West side of Macquarie Uni.
Had a visit to Brookvale Spares (actually now in Smithfield), apparently they like to stick our EJ-33's into Kombi's
Actually, while talking engine mods, in the US they are using half motors to create an inline triple cylinder motor to use in homebuilt aircraft
Fear not Countess, your SVX lives on (in part) via my new park light switch

4 SVX's ended up going - all very last minute but was great to see them!

Pylon, great to meet you - I'm sure people were wondering what was going on with 3 of them heading down Epping Road (Blake lives the other direction!)

And great call on the pizza place...excellent!

A great night, was supprised to see the CLK join in the fun
Say James, when was the last time you had your tranny rebuilt

Well, now on our new PC - DELL - absolutely brilliantly easy to set up - was literally plug and play, even to connect to my old ISP - a screen came up with name of server, login name and password and voila!!

Hopefully at the July meet we will have a lot more SVX's.... I won't rest till we have 100 in the one place!! *evil laugh!*
