alarm and the fuel pump
Sometimes my car wont start but if i bang the bottom of the car with a hammer and trun it over it will start... but the alarm light has remained on while im driving my car for some strange reason so i wondering if when the alarm was on it shuts off the power to the fuel pump

I am not up to speed on how the alarm system works but is is possible that someone banging on the car with a big mauler might just be one of the things that would set it off

Where are you banging on the bottom of the car at specifically? Maybe you have a loose starter wire. I would definately check the connection to your starter all the way to the battery and solenoid.

hmm, thanks for the advice but im starting to think its the ground wire to the fuel pump cause i can hear it sometime but sometimes not... and when it starts it starts up but then just dies like if some one ran off with all the gas :/
but if it was the ground wire to the fuel pump would it do that?(like if the ground had a bad connection) |

maybe fuel pump going bad and rotor dragging?
