Stalling

so my 94 svx has been stalling and whenever i get on the gas it acts like its not getting any and wants to die on me. this has been goin on for about a week now and i really dont know what it is. some people told me that it might be a timing problem but im not sure. does anyone maybe know or have had that problem. let me know and how to fix it.

I had a subaru that had a similar problem, and it was related to a faulty MAF sensor. Just a thought.

Sounds like MAF sensor going bad....can you check your engine codes? I had problem in the past...give it gas and it doesn't help, just stalls....Mine was fixed with a used working MAF.
