I got a problem......

I changed the front right brake caliper because it was froze up, and now my car makes a thump driving in both drive and reverse, i think it might be the transaxle but im looking for opinions??

my .02 cents

don't know for sure but could be a loose brake caliper. When you apply the brakes the caliper shifts as it grips causing the thump. May wanna check the maintenance and also don't forget the proper wheel torque to spare you the cost of wheel bearings.
-good luck.

My first thought is a loose brake caliper too.
Well more likely the caliper bracket bolts, but there might be a chance that the slide pins or the bushings in the caliper are worn. Pins too small, bushings too large. Did the pads fit sloppy in the caliper?

Is it just one thump when you start to move? Or is it one thump per rotation.
