help no headlights
I was switching to a blue bulb on the passenger side first and lost headlamp power to that side,after replacing a fuse and doing some checks,with the bulb out I hvae power to the low ide but as soon as the bulb is installed the voltage is gone.Also with both high and low bulbs out on the passenger side when I click on the high side voltage is lost to both the high/low at the same time.I installed the regular bulb in and the low side is on but the high beam is on also at the same time and are burning very dim like something has shorted need help.

First - were they working ok before you installed the blue bulbs?
Next - did you change anything when you changed to the blue bulbs? Any mods? I would go back to the OEM bulbs and get things working that way, and that way you don't have to worry whether they are the problem or not. Good luck and post back on your findings.

Well everything as working great before the switch,I even removed the connectors and ran the vwire directly to the bulb,I have voltage with the switch but the bulb isn't connected to the connector.When the bulb is connected the voltage is lost just on that side.I'm looking at a wiring diagram and I think my problem ma be a hi beam cobination meter,I'm going to try and get a location for that meter.

What I will do tonight is to check my underhood fuse box.I think my problem is the first three relays that you see when facing the car.I will look under them to determine if the contacts have burnec together.All of the testings today is point towards a short.I have voltage with no bulb,but when the bulb is installed I lose voltage.
